JUT - Thermostatic Management Made Simple

We have developed JUT, a web-application specifically designed for the remote management of the Proliphix IP Thermostat. JUT is designed to substantially reduce the time & effort necessary to remotely manage multiple IP thermostats while substantially increasing your productivity through its many useful and time saving features. The Proliphix IP Thermostat helps you to remotely monitor and control your HVAC system so as to reduce your energy costs, while optimizing the ambient comfort in your premises. Internal Revenue Bulletin: 2006-26, Notice 2006-52, Deduction for Energy Efficient Commercial Buildings defines the tax deduction allowed for the hardware and software required for JUT to operate in commercial buildings. Why do we call it JUT?
We struggled with how to best name our tool, and then the statement came forth one day…“Just Use This”. Take the complicated and make it very, very simple. The acronym of JUT followed, and that is the story.
